LEADERSHIP TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES VIA THE INTERNET
Tilsley College, Motherwell, Scotland has been providing leadership
training materials for many years. Courses have been regularly revised
in the light of feedback from participants and the changing needs
of local churches.
The latest phase of this developmental process is to offer training
via the internet. The course starts officially in February each year
but it is designed on a rolling basis so that participants can join
at any time and benefit from the materials.
David Clarkson, who has developed the course, says “this is
an exciting new opportunity. Individuals from any part of the world
can improve their leadership skills without having to leave home
to attend college. In addition to input from experienced leaders,
participants will be able to interact with each other and with the
course tutor. I think this will be a significant experience for all
those involved.”
There is no cost for the course but participants will require access
to the internet and be willing to commit up to two hours a week to
work through the materials. Further details and enrolment procedures
can be found at: www.tilsley-training-network.com or www.glo-europe.org
